Monday 4/20/15

It was definitely a wet one out there today. 50 degrees with a steady rain which, thankfully, wasn't coming down that hard. I was completely soaked through by the 4th mile though. I went out easy with a tailwind and kept the pace around 6:20. Coming back was a bit more difficult since my clothes were heavy, and I was coming into the headwind. I had to picked up the effort slightly but stayed right around 6:20. Felt really good on this run and managed to stay upbeat despite the rain. Many thanks to my ipod shuffle. 9 miles in 56:52.
