9 mile out and back along the Charles. Aside from my first mile where I was a bit over enthusiastic, I held a very smooth pace today with only a 5 second spread on the slowest and fastest miles. During my second mile, the settled into 6:15 pace and kept the rest of the run nice and even. 9 miles in 55:50.
